Rhinehart Photography Best of 2010 Slideshow

I am thrilled to be posting this slideshow!!!  2010 has been a big year for Rhinehart Photography.  We photographed weddings from Penn State to Staten Island, Gettysburg to Boston and many others in between.   We met great people, made lasting friendships and our lives have been forever changed as a result.  We poured everything we had into this joint venture and are so excited to share the results with you.

My biggest thank you goes to my husband, Kris.  He has devoted himself to my dream as if it were his own.  He has spent hours: giving me excellent business advice (marrying SU’s “business student of the year” does have its perks), researching the best equipment, carrying that equipment during shoots, helping well beyond his share around the house, the list could go on forever, he’s amazing.

Another endless list would be thanking my family and friends, for watching our children during photo-shoots, for helpings us, supporting us and believing in us.  We appreciate all of you very much.

My final thank you goes to the lovely couples and families that have entrusted us with the capturing the once in a lifetime moments that you will get to see first-hand in the images below.  I want to thank all of you for being yourselves, for trying  my ideas even if they sounded a little crazy (like me laying flat on my back in a parking lot while all of you circle me with bouquets) haha and for referring us to your families and friends, what a tremendous compliment.  Thank you!

So here it is our top 100 (ish), enjoy and please leave comments, I’d love to know what you think!

Best Harrisburg Wedding Photographer

You can also find Rhinehart Photography at: Best Harrisburg Weddings.  It covers Harrisburg, York, Lancaster and the surrounding regions!  While I’ve shot many weddings in my home-base of Central PA, I am open to traveling just about anywhere– I have captured weddings in Boston, Staten Island and Jersey to mention a few, and have some coming up in Delaware, Maryland, and many others.  I like the little icon Best Harrisburg Weddings sent me.

Speaking of Central Pennsylvania Weddings, here are a few shots from Ginger and Neil‘s wedding at the Bent Creek Country Club.  If they look familiar, it might be because they are featured on my contact form (kissing in a phone booth) and on my “friends” slide of my opening slideshow.

They are huge Penn State fans, so incorporating football into the day was a must.

Lots of bridesmaids– I love it!

When I asked Ginger what she liked most about Neil, one of her top answers was, he makes me laugh.

Breaking it down to Thriller 😉

Their second romantic getaway, late in the evening.  To capture the movement of her dress, I slowed down the shutter and shot them from above.

Here’s to you, Ginger and Neil!!!

Meet the Wolfe Family: teaser

Happy New Year everyone!!!

For Christmas, Mr. Wolfe gave Mrs. Wolfe one of my family portrait packages (an excellent idea :)).  They wanted to use it right away before Tia and Anna would go back to school, choosing Laurel Lake as their location.   It was cold, but they rocked it, and so did the lake by being FROZEN.

This is just a little sneak peek, much more to come.

If Tia looks familiar, it is probably because I shot her senior portraits last year.

She is a Beatles fan so I designed this with the “Hard Day’s Night” album cover in mind.

Wolfe family, I can’t wait to get the rest of these photos up!  Thanks for being so great in the cold, and just for being yourselves.

Hello World!

You are reading my very first blog post ever. I thought it would be appropriate to start with a sunrise from our family vacation in Oregon as my roots were in nature photography and my family has been so supportive of my photographic endeavors. Feel free to poke around– watch the opening slide show, play with the menu. Much much more is coming. I promise.
