Lehigh Valley Wedding Photography: Martin & Lisa

This whimsical outdoor wedding incorporated beautiful organic details and honored the Spirit in which they were drawn together with laughter, tears and joy.  They have a great sense of humor and a sincere affection for each other that will continue for many years to come.  Enjoy!
I love the monogrammed birch vases, Lisa’s hand-made cupcake wrappers and fingerprint guest tree– they are such charming, organic touches.
Lisa & her father– I love how she is looking at Martin and her dad is shooting a quick glance to Lisa’s mom.
Playing with shadows ^  That is one amazing wedding band, Martin!
Playing around…

Scott & Amber: Shippensburg Engagement Photography

Scott saw the girl of his dreams walk through the door at Subway– he offered her a broken cookie- she did not accept.  A few years later, he offered her an engagement ring– luckily, she did accept.  Scott is my neighbor, brother-in-law and goober extraordinaire ;)– he is also head over heels in love with Amber.  They are joyful, spontaneous and light-hearted.  Enjoy!

^ No, I didn’t tell him to do this, yes he is this much of a goober 🙂

^ Their home-to-be

^  This is a favorite children’s book– Amber is a teacher 🙂

^  i-phone mouth swap (Scott is a computer programmer and big fan of apple)

I <3 that book ring shot! So unique!

King’s Gap Mansion Engagement: Sarah & Luke

Anyone who declares a thumb war during their photo shoot is off to a good start– not only were Sarah & Luke laid back and fun-loving, but they also chose a beautiful location, King’s Gap Mansion in Carlisle Pennsylvania.  Brides-to-be, I would highly suggest looking into this gorgeous location.  🙂

^ Thumb war

^He is about a foot taller than her 🙂

Sandy Hook Engagement Photography

Twin lighthouses, a rocky beach & two people in love.   Robyn & Tim’s love is simple, balanced and just beautiful– I hope I do it justice.   They generously showed their hospitailty and introduced Kris & I to several of the area’s gems– we hope to be back soon and maybe even bring the kiddos.   Hope you are as charmed as we were with this lovely town and lovely couple!

Feel free to comment– I love to hear what you think!

Sara & Andrew: Pittsburgh Wedding Photography

Sara and Andrew have personality.  Their love is deep, they have a whimsical sense of style and are absolutely unique and adorable together. Their retro picnic-themed wedding was playful & fun– it captured the spirit of these two book-loving lovers as only pinwheels, hula-hoops & ruby slippers can.  🙂

^ Sara you are fierce.

Their “first look” was in an open field and they walked together and met in the center– so them!!!  I love Sarah’s pose as she started walking…

Friends left personal messages in their card catalog (a nice way to incorporate their love of libraries)

Most brides incorporate thier engagement photos in some way, I love Sara’s clothesline idea.   Man those are nice engagement photos 😉

^ They cut an old copy of Romeo and Juliet into hearts and spread it on the tables as decoration
